Overripe bananas, you have met your match

I've been on the search for the perfect banana bread, and, holy moly, have I found it. It includes butter and lots of good spices. I did not add the optional bourbon but I think it would make it even more fantastic. I found said recipe on a great food blog, Smitten Kitchen. It is such a well designed, thoughtful blog.
